Full Stack Developer @ London South Bank University

• Developed a full stack application for the company known as StartupDen (http://www.startupden.org). Utilized NextJS, MUI widgets, and various other react libraries for the frontend development. • Developed a full stack chatbot orchestration application for QuickBlox (https://quickblox.com )., Used React JS and Google's Material UI for a user-friendly front-end: chat UI, web interface for manipulating conversational data and bot settings. Implemented the NLPJS library powered back-end to enhance user interactions and automate responses. Orchestrated a separate Express JS application for orchestrating the chatbots as child processes for different user accounts. Leveraged MongoDB Atlas and aggregation pipeline for conversational data storage and aggregation.

• Led the development of a virtual assistant, Skillbot using Rasa, a Python framework, for Lewisham Council. Generated and augmented a Q&A dataset using GPT model and fine-tuning BART. Rasa bot deployed on AWS EC2, HTML chat widget for chatbot interaction and a separate web dashboard application built using Flask as backend and jQuery, HTML templates with Jinja templates for visualization of conversational data metrics. Deployed using AWS EBS and CodePipeline. Utilized MongoDB Atlas and aggregation pipeline for conversational data storage and aggregation.

• Implemented wireframing tools such as WireframeSketcher to design and communicate user interfaces and produced technical documentation for the project artefacts.
